-> Build, Lead & manage HR team of manager, team-leaders & executives.
->Will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions.
->Core work to improve the manpower (especially field agent, tele-caller & team in managerial role in company).
->Developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations. ->Ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and strategizing for overall HR management.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.
Requirement:
-> Comprehensive knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
-> Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
-> Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
-> Expertise in managing Employee Relations
-> Excellent leadership and communication skills
-> Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-> Previous experience in a leadership role within HR
