Timing:

10 am- 7 pm

Salary:

Upto 50k

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Must have a pleasing personality and possess good Communication & interpersonal skills

? Payroll & Attendance Management

? Identify training needs, develop & implement training programs

? Team Building activities to be conducted for the team

? Manage Job postings, conduct Interviews & On board Hiring

? Design & Manage performance appraisal systems

? Should have minimum 3-5 yrs experience

? Assist Admin Manager in day-to-day activities.

? Adhere to company standards, policies and compliance's

? Responsible for maintaining confidential records of the company.

? Maintain a positive office environment

? Languages required for communication (verbal & written) English, Marathi & Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
