Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and address performance issues.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and facilitate employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:

Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefit administration.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Policy Management:

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

HRIS Management:

Oversee the HR information system and ensure accurate data management.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Leadership and Management:

Ability to lead and manage an HR team and influence stakeholders.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

HR Knowledge:

Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Empathy and Discretion:

Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with empathy and discretion.
