Recruit and onboard teaching & non-teaching staff
Maintain staff attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support teacher evaluations, training, and development
Ensure compliance with school policies
Handle staff grievances and build a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field
Experience in ICSE or similar K-10 school preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
Knowledge of school HR systems and statutory compliance

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
