HR Manager



Job Brief:



We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced recruiting manager to supervise our recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operation run smoothly.

The Recruiting manager's responsibilities include recommending suitable recruitment software that best meet our recruitment needs, educating the recruitment team on effective interviewing techniques.

Recruiting manager will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.

An outstanding recruiting manager should be making sound recruitment decision as well as demonstrate excellent.

Responsibilities:



Evaluating current recruiting procedure to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Keep track of recruiting team and report on its performance

Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team.

Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs

Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

Research and choose job advertising options

Advise hiring manager on interviewing techniques

Attending conference, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationship

Build the company's professional network through relationship with HR professional, colleges and other partners

Requirement and Skills:



Proven Experience working as recruiting manager or recruiting coordinator with 5 years' experience

Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices

Proficiency in Microsoft application as well as recruitment software

Screening candidates and evaluation

Verbal and written communication

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent management and leadership skills

Effective communication skills

Bachelor's degree/Certification in recruiting/human resources is preferred but not required
