Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations within the hospital
Manage recruitment and staffing for medical and non-medical roles
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure statutory and regulatory HR compliance
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Resolve staff grievances and support employee engagement
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of labor laws and hospital compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
