HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager to lead and manage human resources functions within the company. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and retention. This role is integral to shaping the workforce and supporting overall business goals through effective human resources strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coordinate and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company. Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and morale. Address and resolve workplace issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

Performance Management:

Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and feedback processes. Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, performance expectations, and personal development plans. Implement training programs to develop skills, leadership capabilities, and employee potential.

Compliance & Policies:

Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and legal documentation to reflect changes in employment law. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Compensation & Benefits:

Oversee salary administration, benefits programs, and compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Manage the benefits enrollment process, addressing employee questions and concerns regarding compensation, benefits, and policies. Review compensation and benefits offerings periodically to ensure alignment with market trends.

Training & Development:

Identify training and development needs within the organization and implement suitable programs. Coordinate employee learning opportunities, including workshops, certifications, and career development programs. Support leadership development initiatives to nurture a strong leadership pipeline within the company.

HR Strategy & Reporting:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and business objectives. Track HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and retention, providing regular reports to senior leadership. Ensure the HR department provides timely and effective support across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus). Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR management or leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex HR issues and resolve conflicts. Proficiency in HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:



HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. Experience with change management and organizational development. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and levels of staff. Experience with employee engagement strategies and initiatives.

Work Environment:

This position is typically office-based, with standard working hours. Occasional travel may be required for recruitment, training, or organizational events.
