Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Selection:

Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.

Employee Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and orientation.

Performance Management:

Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.

HR Analytics:

Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Minimum 3 of experience in human resources or related field. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
