Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and close open positions in a timely manner.
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, from documentation to cultural integration.
Monitor and improve recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
