Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
Act as the point of contact for staff queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive and safe workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, medical council standards, NABH/JCI norms, and hospital policies.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle audits/inspections.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Ensure mandatory trainings (fire safety, infection control, etc.) are up-to-date.
Implement and manage appraisal systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
Support department heads in goal setting and employee development.
Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
Administer employee benefits and leave management systems.
Develop HR policies and SOPs specific to hospital settings.
Support management in manpower planning and cost optimization.
