Lead end-to-end

IT recruitment

processes for trained candidates and job-seekers. Coordinate with

counselling, training, and placement teams

to understand student readiness and align with industry requirements. Develop hiring strategies for

entry-level and junior IT roles

(Full Stack, Data Analyst, Web Dev, etc.) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of job opportunities through

corporate tie-ups, campus drives, and hiring partners

. Manage

job portals, LinkedIn, internships platforms

, and sourcing channels. Conduct and oversee

screening, interviews, assessments, and mock interviews

. Track student placement performance, ensure targets are met, and prepare

weekly/monthly placement reports

. Maintain employer databases, manage HR documentation and compliance. Act as a

bridge between companies and students

, ensuring satisfaction on both ends.
