Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records.
Conduct periodic HR audits and compliance checks.
Develop and oversee employee performance evaluation processes.
Employee Engagement & Development:
