We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development for both corporate and site teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, construction, and support roles.
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring cultural and role fit.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Design and implement a seamless onboarding process.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Supervise attendance management for HO and project staff.
Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
5. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Support department heads in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
6. HR Policy & Documentation
Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
Maintain and audit employee records and documents.
7. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions.
Monitor learning outcomes and provide feedback.
8. HR Strategy & Reporting
Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, attrition, performance, etc.).
Participate in strategic planning related to organization structure and manpower.
Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and data reporting.
