Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and office roles
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development
Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling
Implement performance evaluation systems and support appraisal processes
Ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
Support workplace safety programs and HR policy implementation
Generate HR reports and contribute to strategic planning
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
