Position Overview

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and overall workforce planning. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR best practices and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment & Staffing

: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection. Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations

: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees and management. Foster a positive work culture and support team engagement initiatives.

Performance Management

: Lead the performance appraisal process and help managers set clear expectations for performance. Provide coaching and development support to employees and managers. Identify training needs and help design and implement training programs.

Compensation & Benefits

: Administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws regarding wages and benefits. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Compliance & Policy Management

: Ensure the organization complies with all legal requirements related to HR policies, procedures, and records. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and industry best practices. Update company policies and employee handbooks as needed.

Employee Development & Training

: Develop and execute employee development programs to support career growth. Organize training sessions to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and workplace safety.

HR Strategy & Reporting

: Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management to aid in decision-making. Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to organizational development. Implement and manage employee engagement surveys to gauge overall employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills

:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience with conflict resolution and employee mediation. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
