Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and
administrative functions at Pioma Chemicals, a prominent distributor of raw materials for the Pharmaceutical,
Home & Personal Care industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, fostering a
positive work environment, and managing administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate HR records.
Collaborate with department heads to assess training and development needs.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee disciplinary matters and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
