Key Responsibilities 1. _Talent Acquisition_: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent 2. _Talent Management_: Oversee talent management, succession planning, and career progression initiatives to retain and engage high-potential employees 3. _Learning & Development_: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge 4. _Performance Management_: Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 5. _HR Policies_: Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment 6. _HR Analytics & Systems_: Leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, drive business outcomes, and optimize HR processes 7. _Factory HR Operations_: Oversee HR activities specific to factory operations, including: - Managing shop floor employee relations and conflicts - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the factory setting - Implementing safety training and protocols - Handling factory-specific HR issues, such as shift management, attendance, and workforce planning - Collaborating with factory management to drive employee engagement and productivity initiatives.
