to lead the Human Resources function of our growing security services organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations across our deployed security personnel and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of security personnel and office staff
Maintain and update employee records and attendance tracking systems
Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.)
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure deployment schedules are met and maintain liaison with clients
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
Coordinate PAN India office
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience (Security/Facility Management industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
