Opening for Hr Manager

Industry - Bridal Lehnga Garments, Trading

Job timings - 10:30am to 7:30pm

Salary - 30k to 40k

Location - Vakola, Santacruz East, Mumbai

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate and conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes. Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs.

2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation

Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires. Ensure new employees are well-integrated into the organization.

3. Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace conflicts. Ensure legal compliance in employee relations.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational standards.

5. Performance Management

Oversee performance appraisal processes. Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance. Identify training and development needs based on appraisals.

6. Training & Development

Plan and organize employee training programs and workshops. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
