As the HR Manager at SaveEco, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, compensation, and organizational development. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, ensuring legal and ISO compliance, managing HR strategies that support business goals, and driving initiatives that enhance employee growth and satisfaction. This role also involves mentoring the HR team, collaborating closely with leadership, and contributing to the company's quality management systems and long-term workforce planning.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. Talent Acquisition & On-boarding: -
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across departments.
Develop strategies for sourcing top talent, especially for niche roles.
Oversee seamless onboarding to ensure a positive candidate-to-employee transition.
Collaborate with managers to assess and fulfill staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement: -
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.
3. Performance Management: -
Oversee regular performance reviews and feedback cycles.
Collaborate with leaders to align performance goals with company objectives.
Support career development planning and growth initiatives.
4. Training & Development: -
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Promote leadership development through mentorship and coaching.
Evaluate and improve training program effectiveness.
5. Compliance & Policy Management: -
Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
Manage internal audits and investigations with due diligence and confidentiality.
6. Compensation & Benefits: -
Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and manage annual salary reviews.
Educate employees about health, retirement, and wellness benefits.
7. HR Strategy & Planning: -
Align HR initiatives with business strategies in partnership with leadership.
Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
8. Team Leadership & Development: -
Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members.
Ensure operational excellence in day-to-day HR activities.
9. ISO & Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance: -
Align HR processes with ISO and quality standards.
Maintain documentation for audits and quality certifications.
10. Admin Tasks & Office Management: -
Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and internal databases.
Support office management and assist leadership with HR reporting.
C. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: -
1. Educational Qualifications: -
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Masters in Business Administration, or related field required.
2. Experience: -
2 - 6 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in an HR leadership or management role.
3. Salary Budget: - 5 to 7 L.P.A

5. Skills: -
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and current labour laws.
Expertise in creating and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
Proficiency with HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) and common HR software (e.g., GreytHR).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative, team-oriented mind-set with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration is essential.
Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and successfully partner with senior leadership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management and non-financial stakeholders.
