Ensure compliance with employment laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Lead employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
Supervise HR staff and oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Monitor key HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
