Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in the media and creative industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all human resources functions from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and talent development ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, marketing, and production teams. Oversee employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention programs. Maintain compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies. Design training and development programs tailored to media professionals. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Work closely with management to forecast manpower needs and build strong teams. Lead HR analytics and maintain updated records using HRIS systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment sectors. Strong understanding of creative workforce management and project-based team dynamics. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and tools (HRMS/ATS). Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and performance systems.
