Role & Responsibilities



Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing



Develop and execute campaigns to attract top talent. Manage employer branding across social media, websites, and job platforms. Create engaging content like job ads, testimonials, and career page updates. Collaborate with recruiters to align job marketing with company culture.

Talent Acquisition Support



Support recruitment efforts with targeted marketing strategies. Run candidate outreach via email, social media, and digital channels. Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to refine strategies.

Internal Communication & Engagement



Craft internal communications such as newsletters and announcements. Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Assist in developing internal materials to promote company culture.

Market Research & Analysis



Monitor talent trends and competitor strategies. Evaluate campaign performance to improve ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with HR, marketing, and recruitment teams. Support DEI initiatives through effective communication strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
