Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and experienced

HR Manager

to lead and manage all human resources functions in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and supporting a productive and safe workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet manpower needs. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive working environment by addressing grievances and conflict resolution. Implement employee engagement programs, feedback surveys, and communication drives.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

Ensure adherence to all labor laws, statutory requirements (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.), and audits. Maintain updated records and handle compliance inspections.

Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs. Maintain training records and track improvements in performance.

Performance Management:

Manage the appraisal process and performance improvement plans. Set KPIs in coordination with department heads.

HR Policy Implementation:

Develop, implement, and review HR policies in line with industry standards and company goals. Ensure employees are aware and compliant with company policies.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination:

Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.

Workplace Safety & Welfare:

Support implementation of health and safety guidelines in coordination with the EHS team. Monitor welfare activities such as canteen, transport, uniforms, and accommodation if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8 -15 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
