Dear Job Seeker,We are hiring HR Manager for Plant one of the bearing manufacturing company.Position - HR Manager for PlantExperience - 6 to 10 yrsSalary - 40k to 60k ( PF + accommodation + Food)Location - Daheli Gujarat:1.To oversee the worker & the equipment they operate on the factory floor , to ensure that goals are met
2. To design, plan, & implement HR programs for the plant
To administrate policies relating to compensation, benefits, training, health & safety3. Should be well aware of compliance , labour laws, audits .4. Prior experience working in manufacturing plant steel, textile, cement preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per monthBenefits:
