Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for plant and corporate functions.
Handle statutory compliance, labour laws, and industrial relations.
Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMIS systems efficiently.
Drive training & development programs and succession planning.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies.
Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
9-15 years of experience in HR within a
manufacturing / plant environment
.
Strong knowledge of
Factory Act, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance
.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
