Salary Range:

?35,000 - ?40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance; higher package for deserving candidates)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

HR Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting key HR functions.

:

Handle the complete recruitment life cycle -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives. Participate in team-building and training activities. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
