Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staffing needs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Oversee performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
Ensure payroll, benefits, and labour law compliance.
Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
