We're on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and curious individual to join our team as a CRM Executive. You don't need to have a long resume or deep technical skills -- just a genuine interest in helping us keep in touch with our customers, learning along the way, and making things smoother for everyone involved.
What You'll Be Doing
Helping us manage our customer contact lists (don't worry -- we'll show you how!)
Sending out emails, messages, and updates through our CRM platform
Assisting in organizing campaigns, follow-ups, and customer feedback
Keeping our CRM database neat, clean, and up to date
Supporting the team with simple reports and customer insights
Sharing your ideas to make our communication more personal and effective
What We're Looking For
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Comfort with basic computer tools (Excel, email, etc.)
Willingness to learn CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce -- we'll train you)
A sense of organization and attention to detail
Team player -- someone who enjoys helping others
Bonus (but not required):
Experience with any CRM platform
Interest in marketing, communications, or customer experience
