Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Employee Records:

Maintaining accurate, confidential employee files, updating databases (HRIS), and managing physical/digital documents like contracts, ID, and benefits info.

Payroll & Benefits Support:

Compiling attendance, leave, and overtime data; assisting with benefits (PF, ESI, health); answering payslip and deduction queries.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Scheduling interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating inductions, and facilitating smooth entry for new staff.

Employee Queries:

Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related questions on policies, attendance, leave, and company culture.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor laws; assisting with policy updates.

Reporting:

Generating basic reports on metrics like attrition or headcount for management.

Administrative Support:

Managing HR calendars, scheduling meetings, and general office support for the HR department.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
