Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Managing employee records, HR documentation, using company record system, and must be proficient in G-suite and Microsoft office.
Overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, generate various payroll reports for management, including tax reports and other financial summaries.
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
Creating termination packages, completing assigned terminations, ensuring all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements
Overseeing the performance management of the employees and assisting with salary planning.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Overseeing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Identifying training needs, developing and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and managing employee performance to drive high performance.
Oversight and administration of temporary or contracted workers , ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing contractsGood Knowledge on Commercial, Labour Laws, Contractual & Seasonal Hiring
