Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with hospital objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin, support staff)
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, shifts, leave, and statutory compliance
Lead performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives
Plan and execute training programs and skill development activities
Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMIS systems
Support hospital leadership with manpower planning and workforce analytics
Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
hospital HR operations

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree / MBA in HR is preferred
Experience
Above 3 years
of HR experience, preferably in a
hospital or healthcare environment
Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical workforce
