JOB DISCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to oversee and manage all human resource functions in our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure effective workforce planning, compliance with healthcare labor laws, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations to support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with hospital objectives Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin, support staff) Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards Manage payroll coordination, attendance, shifts, leave, and statutory compliance Lead performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives Plan and execute training programs and skill development activities Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMIS systems Support hospital leadership with manpower planning and workforce analytics Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of

hospital HR operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise Conflict resolution and employee relations management Organizational and leadership skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree / MBA in HR is preferred

Experience



Above 3 years

of HR experience, preferably in a

hospital or healthcare environment

Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical workforce
