Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & HR Operations
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records and HR files
HRMS, Payroll & Attendance
Handle and maintain
HRMS software
(employee data, attendance, leave, payroll)
Monitor and manage
daily & monthly attendance
Process
payroll accurately and on time
Generate payroll, attendance, and HR reports from HRMS
Manage leave records and salary-related queries
Employee Coordination
Act as point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed
Compliance & Reporting
Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc., if applicable)
Prepare HR MIS reports for management review
Eligibility & Requirements
Age
above 26 years
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in
HRMS handling, payroll, and attendance management
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong confidentiality and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS / Payroll software
Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Ability to multitask and work independently
