Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, sales, service, and support roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Draft and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Support goal setting, KPIs, and performance reviews.
Identify training needs based on performance gaps.
Act as a bridge between management and employees.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI)
Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required.
Manage audits related to HR and labor compliance.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/finance.
Support salary structuring, revisions, and incentive plans.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.
Provide HR reports, MIS, and analytics for decision-making.
Contribute to company growth by aligning HR strategies with business objectives
