HR Manager

to lead our human resources operations and support our growing team.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Manager

who can manage end-to-end HR functions, foster a positive work culture, and align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment (IT & non-IT roles) Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies Oversee performance appraisal and feedback processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Support leadership with HR planning and organizational development Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace culture

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (IT industry preferred) Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Experience with recruitment tools and HR management systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring IT roles (Developers, Designers, Digital Marketers) Familiarity with performance management systems Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment
