Job Role: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the full HR operations of the organisation.
Recruitment & onboarding of employees.
Develop HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning strategies.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Coordinate staff training, development programs, and appraisal systems.
Support management in organisational development and culture building.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
Experience in India or GCC/Gulf countries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, recruitment practices, and organisational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, manage teams, and build a positive workplace culture.
