Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to lead the human resources function and support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a
Master's degree
and significant HR experience in the
freight forwarding or logistics industry
. You will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for logistics, sales, and operations roles.
Partner with department heads to forecast and fill talent gaps.
Onboarding & Training
Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning initiatives.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Performance Management
Lead performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with company KPIs.
Support managers in coaching, goal-setting, and career development planning.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
Benchmark and review salary structures to remain competitive in the market.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work culture through open communication and engagement initiatives.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances effectively.
Health, Safety, and Workplace Standards
Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to ensure safe and compliant working conditions, especially in warehouses or transport hubs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree
in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience
, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
Strong understanding of
local labor laws
and industry-specific HR challenges.
Experience with HR systems, payroll, and talent acquisition tools.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
