HR Manager
to lead our human resources function and drive a culture of performance, engagement, and compliance across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to management on HR policies and workforce planning.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Design effective sourcing and retention strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Promote a positive workplace culture and handle grievance management effectively.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, KRAs, etc.).
Support managers in goal setting, evaluation, and performance improvement.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and design training programs for professional growth.
Coordinate external and internal learning initiatives.
Compliance & Payroll:
Ensure statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
Policy & Process Management:
Formulate, review, and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
Maintain HR audit readiness and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Minimum
5-8 years of HR experience
, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR operations, and talent management practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
