Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
recruitment
process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals and support staff.
Conduct smooth
onboarding and induction programs
for new employees.
Design and implement
training & development
initiatives to enhance staff performance.
Handle
HR operations
including payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
Drive employee engagement, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum
2+ years of HR experience
(healthcare sector experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
