We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources professional to manage HR functions across our travel and tourism business. The HR role will focus on building a strong workforce, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a positive culture that supports sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Recruit travel consultants, sales executives, tour coordinators, and support staff.
Conduct interviews and manage end-to-end hiring process.
Ensure smooth onboarding with proper orientation about company services and policies.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain healthy relations among staff across branches.
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities (team outings, recognition programs).
3. Compliance & HR Policies
Implement HR policies tailored for the travel industry.
Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, gratuity, and labor law requirements.
Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
4. Payroll & Attendance
Monitor attendance, leave approvals, and shift allocations.
Coordinate payroll processing with accounts.
5. Performance & Training
Support sales & operations team by setting performance benchmarks.
Identify training needs (sales techniques, customer service, destination knowledge).
Assist in appraisals and incentive programs.
6. Strategic HR Support
Provide HR reports to management for manpower planning.
Contribute to creating a motivated team aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
2+ years (HR Executive) / 5+ years (HR Manager) in HR, preferably in service/travel industry.
Strong communication & people management skills.
Knowledge of HR compliance and labor law.
Experience in sales-driven industries is an added advantage.
