Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning

: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Recruitment and Onboarding

: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. Design and execute an effective onboarding program for new hires.

Performance Management

: Manage performance appraisal processes and implement improvement plans. Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development.

Employee Relations

: Act as a mediator for employee grievances and conflicts. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Training and Development

: Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs. Encourage employee engagement through career development initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements. Benchmark and revise salary structures to remain competitive in the market.

Policy Development

: Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies.

Compliance and Reporting

: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and ensure organizational compliance. Prepare and present periodic HR reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
