Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers
Processing Full and Final settlement for the left employees
To Prepare the PF, TDS & PT challans. Also ensure to deposit the same before the due dates
To Fill up Income Tax, PF, ESIC returns before the due dates.Min 4 years of hands on experience into payroll, statutory compliance, Payroll processing, F n F calculations, good with excel, v look up, pivots, formulas
Be the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes.
Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices.
Analysing data points to notice trends and actionable insights.
Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits
Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent
Work closely with functional leaders to create hiring roadmaps
Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs
Drive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen supremacy around recruiting processes
Strive to improve efficiencies around operational metrics that include time to hire, consistent quality and discretionary spend
Think beyond the status quo, question how things might be different, and develop creative ideas for alternatives. Take risks to drive change and innovation and inspire the team to do the same
Actively promote companys brand and reputation amongst potential talent pipeline
Qualifications and skills:
2-4 years of experience in HR
Functional knowledge of HR domains
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details
Well versed with Microsoft Office.
To be able to deliver basis the needs of the stakeholder
Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment
High on Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
