Job Profile :- HR Manager

We require an HR Manager and a Compliance Manager for our organization.

Candidates should have relevant experience, strong communication skills, and sound knowledge of HR operations and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, develop employee engagement initiatives, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Benefits Administration: Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes and support organizational growth.

Experience :- 8 to 10 years

Salary :- 35 to 40k
