Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, and compliance
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances
Drive HR initiatives to improve culture, retention, and productivity
Prepare and manage HR budgets, reports, and metrics
Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and development
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
