Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

Forecast manpower requirements for sales, service, spare parts, accounts & IT Handle recruitment of technicians, sales executives, supervisors, and staff Coordinate campus placements and apprentices/trainees hiring Manage onboarding and induction programs

2. Statutory & Labour Law Compliance

Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws such as: Factories Act / Shops & Establishments Act PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages Act Contract Labour Act Maintain statutory registers, returns, and inspections Liaise with labour department and auditors

3. Payroll & Compensation Management

Supervise payroll processing and salary disbursement Manage incentives, overtime, shift allowance, and statutory deductions Handle employee benefits and final settlements

4. Performance Management

Design and monitor KPI-based appraisal systems Coordinate annual performance reviews Support promotion, increment, and confirmation processes

5. Training & Development

Identify training needs for technicians, sales, and staff Coordinate skill development, safety training, and OEM-mandated programs Track training effectiveness and certifications

6. Employee Relations & Discipline

Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling Maintain cordial industrial relations Support disciplinary proceedings and domestic enquiries

7. Attendance & Shift Management

Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules Ensure compliance with working hours and rest rules

8. Health, Safety & Welfare

Implement safety policies and workplace discipline Coordinate health check-ups and safety audits Manage employee welfare initiatives

9. HR Policies & Documentation

Develop HR policies and SOPs Maintain employee records and HR MIS Issue appointment letters, confirmations, warning letters, and exit documents

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

labour laws & statutory compliance

Experience in

automobile dealership / manufacturing environment

Leadership and conflict-handling skills Payroll and HRMS knowledge Good communication and negotiation skills

Educational Qualification

MBA in Human Resources


Experience



5 - 7 years of HR experience

Prior experience in automobile dealership preferred

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
