About Us:

KMT Silks, a leading name in the textile and retail industry, is looking for a

dynamic and dedicated HR Manager

to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in payroll management, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Payroll & Salary Processing

Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries. Maintain salary records and address employee payroll-related queries.

Statutory Compliance

Manage and ensure compliance with: ESI (Employees' State Insurance) PF (Provident Fund) Labour Welfare Fund Professional Tax and other applicable labour laws

Recruitment & Onboarding (Mandatory Experience)

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction processes.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases. Support implementation of HR policies and assist in grievance handling. Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and HR support.

Candidate Requirements

1-2 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in the textile, apparel, or retail sector).

Recruitment experience is mandatory.

Male candidates preferred.
