Assistant HR Manager
to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing HR functions such as payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Salary Processing:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
Maintain salary records and handle queries related to payroll.
Statutory Compliance:
ESI (Employees' State Insurance)
PF (Provident Fund)
Labour Welfare Fund
Professional Tax & Other Applicable Labour Laws
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees including documentation and induction.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Support in HR policies implementation and grievance handling.
Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and support.
Candidate Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent or 1-2 years in HR-related field (preferably in Textile/Apparel or retail sector).
Male candidates preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
