Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to lead and manage end-to-end human resource operations across our diverse ventures and multiple locations. This role is critical in building strong HR systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Handle manpower planning for salons, clinics, food & beverage units, and corporate teams
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling
Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll coordination)
Drive training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
Support management with HR strategy and organizational planning
Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
Eligibility & Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Experience managing a large, multi-location workforce
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in retail, hospitality, salon, or service industry preferred
MBA / Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
