We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- from job postings to onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.o
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory and legal compliance.
Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Foster a supportive and inclusive work culture that drives motivation and retention.
Partner with department heads to support organizational growth and change management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR or managerial roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
