• Solid experience in HR leadership, organizational development, and operational HR management
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and implement effective hiring strategies
• Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and fostering a high-performance environment
• Hands-on experience in HR compliance, policy creation and implementation, and payroll processing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to drive culture-building initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
